Appointments and Deposits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All appointments require a <strong>non-refundable deposit of $30 USD<\/strong> to be confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deposit will be applied toward the total balance of the service on the day of your appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No appointment is considered scheduled until the deposit has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. No Cancellations \u2014 Rescheduling Only<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellations are not permitted.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client may <strong>reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>without penalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Client may reschedule a maximum <strong>of three (3) times.<\/strong>.<br>After the third reschedule, <strong>the deposit is forfeited,<\/strong> and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any request to reschedule <strong>with less than 24 hours' notice,<\/strong>as well as \"no-shows,\" will result in the <strong>automatic loss of the deposit.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arriving <strong>15 minutes late or more<\/strong> will be considered a <strong>\"no-show\"<\/strong>and will also result in the loss of the deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Health Declaration and Truthfulness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By booking, the Client acknowledges that:By booking, the Client acknowledges that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They have fully and truthfully disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or relevant information that could affect the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They understand that withholding information may affect the service results and release the service provider from any liability arising therefrom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Liability Waiver<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by U.S. law, the Client agrees that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They release and hold harmless the service provider, its employees, contractors, representatives, and assigns from any claims, damages, or actions arising from the provided service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They voluntarily assume all risks associated with the service, including reactions, discomfort, adverse effects, or results derived from disclosed or undisclosed conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims based on <strong>ordinary negligence.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client acknowledges receiving services voluntarily and with full consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Consent for Use of Photographs and Videos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By receiving a service, the Client authorizes the service provider to capture and use photographs or videos taken before, during, or after the appointment for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advertising and promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital\/print ads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional portfolio or website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Client understands that<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The use of these images does not generate monetary compensation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service provider may tag the Client on social networks when appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They waive any right to review, approve, or limit the use of such images.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Client wishes to revoke this permission later, they must do so in writing. Such revocation will only apply to <strong>future publications,<\/strong>not to materials already used or distributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Age and Legal Capacity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By booking, the Client confirms that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They <strong>are over 18 years of age,<\/strong>or have the consent of a legal guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They understand the nature of the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They have had the opportunity to ask questions and have received clear answers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Legally Binding Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By checking the <em>\u201cI accept the Terms and Conditions\u201d<\/em>box, sending a payment, or completing a reservation, the Client acknowledges and accepts that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They have read this document in its entirety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They voluntarily agree to be bound by these terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They understand and accept the deposit policy, the rescheduling limit, the absence of cancellations, and the release of liability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Electronic Communications and SMS Notifications<\/strong> By providing your mobile phone number and accepting these Terms, the Client grants express consent to receive communications related to their service from <strong>By Kati Sevilla Glow LLC<\/strong>including appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates via text messages (SMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Frequency:<\/strong> Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opt-out:<\/strong> The Client may cancel the receipt of SMS messages at any time by replying with the word <strong>\"STOP\"<\/strong> to any message received. After sending \"STOP\", you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further communications via this channel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support<\/strong> or assistance, reply with the word <strong>\"HELP\"<\/strong> or contact hairbykatiuska@gmail.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges:<\/strong> Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider.
