By booking a service and making a payment through this website, you (“the Client”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions, prepared in accordance with civil liability and service provision standards in the United States.
1. Appointments and Deposits
- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $30 USD to be confirmed.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total balance of the service on the day of your appointment.
- No appointment is considered scheduled until the deposit has been received.
2. No Cancellations — Rescheduling Only
- Cancellations are not permitted.
- The Client may reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advancewithout penalty.
- Each Client may reschedule a maximum of three (3) times..
After the third reschedule, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. - Any request to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice,as well as "no-shows," will result in the automatic loss of the deposit..
- Arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a "no-show"and will also result in the loss of the deposit.
3. Health Declaration and Truthfulness

- They understand that withholding information may affect the service results and release the service provider from any liability arising therefrom.
4. Liability Waiver
To the extent permitted by U.S. law, the Client agrees that:
- They release and hold harmless the service provider, its employees, contractors, representatives, and assigns from any claims, damages, or actions arising from the provided service.
- They voluntarily assume all risks associated with the service, including reactions, discomfort, adverse effects, or results derived from disclosed or undisclosed conditions.
- This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims based on ordinary negligence..
- The Client acknowledges receiving services voluntarily and with full consent.
5. Consent for Use of Photographs and Videos
By receiving a service, the Client authorizes the service provider to capture and use photographs or videos taken before, during, or after the appointment for:
- Advertising and promotion.
- Social media
- Digital/print ads.
- Professional portfolio or website.
The Client understands that
- The use of these images does not generate monetary compensation.
- The service provider may tag the Client on social networks when appropriate.
- They waive any right to review, approve, or limit the use of such images.
If the Client wishes to revoke this permission later, they must do so in writing. Such revocation will only apply to future publications,not to materials already used or distributed.
6. Age and Legal Capacity
By booking, the Client confirms that:
- They are over 18 years of age,or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- They understand the nature of the service.
- They have had the opportunity to ask questions and have received clear answers.
7. Legally Binding Agreement
By checking the “I accept the Terms and Conditions”box, sending a payment, or completing a reservation, the Client acknowledges and accepts that:
- They have read this document in its entirety.
- They voluntarily agree to be bound by these terms.
- They understand and accept the deposit policy, the rescheduling limit, the absence of cancellations, and the release of liability.
8. - Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
- Opt-out: The Client may cancel the receipt of SMS messages at any time by replying with the word "STOP" to any message received. After sending "STOP", you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further communications via this channel.
